What we’ll do
Hello, I’m
Steph!
Professionally, I have a degree in Exercise Science & Food, Nutrition, & Dietetics, am a certified personal trainer, and was a strength & condition coach for 2+ years.
Personally, I’ve gone through plenty ups and downs as I navigated perfectionist standards when it came to my health habits.
After years of swinging from one side of the pendulum to the other, I realized the key to sustaining movement practices is less about finding the perfect formula and more so about learning how to navigate the ebbs and flows of life, in our own ways.
And I’m so excited to spend a virtual month together as we do just that: support and celebrate each other as we practice our desired movement habits and meet ourselves where we are.
